Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, products, and services available at the Morbid Productions website (the "Service") operated by Morbid Productions, LLC.

1. Production Services

Morbid Productions, LLC agrees to provide the production services described in the approved proposal or service agreement. These may include pre-production, filming, editing, color, sound, and post-production deliverables.

2. Payment Terms

Invoices for services are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement. Failure to pay may result in a pause of project activities.

3. Intellectual Property

The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Morbid Productions, LLC and its licensors.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

5. Changes

Morbid Productions, LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
